My go-to smoothie:

-handful of organic baby spinach

-2 ripe bananas

-4 pitted organic medjool dates

-1 cup frozen mango

-1 tbsp flax oil

-700mL filtered water

-1 scoop of Vega One - french vanilla

Makes about 1.5L of smoothie - enough to keep you full for hours!
